Our roleدورنا

Bazaar Oman is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any sale, and we do not own, inspect, or guarantee the items, services or sellers listed.

بازار عُمان منصة تربط بين المشترين والبائعين. لسنا طرفًا في أي عملية بيع، ولا نملك الأصناف أو الخدمات المعروضة ولا نفحصها ولا نضمنها ولا نضمن البائعين.

Accountsالحسابات

Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

قدّم معلومات صحيحة واحفظ كلمة المرور سرية. أنت مسؤول عن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك.

Your adsإعلاناتك

Ads must be truthful, lawful, and for items or services you have the right to sell. Use your own photos. Prices are in Omani Rial. Do not post duplicate or misleading ads.

يجب أن تكون الإعلانات صادقة ونظامية وعن أصناف أو خدمات يحق لك بيعها. استخدم صورك الخاصة. الأسعار بالريال العُماني. لا تنشر إعلانات مكررة أو مضللة.

Prohibited contentالمحتوى المحظور

Items or services that are illegal in Oman, weapons, drugs, counterfeit or stolen goods, adult content, scams, and anything that harms others are not allowed.

يُحظر كل ما هو مخالف لقوانين عُمان، والأسلحة والمخدرات والبضائع المقلدة أو المسروقة، والمحتوى الإباحي، والاحتيال، وكل ما يضر بالآخرين.

Review and removalالمراجعة والإزالة

We review ads before they appear and may reject, edit or remove any ad or account at our discretion, including for breaking these terms.

نراجع الإعلانات قبل ظهورها، ولنا رفض أي إعلان أو حساب أو تعديله أو إزالته وفق تقديرنا، ومن ذلك عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.

Staying safeالسلامة

Meet in a public place, inspect the item before paying, and never send money in advance to someone you do not know. We are not responsible for dealings between users.

قابل البائع في مكان عام، وافحص الصنف قبل الدفع، ولا تحوّل أموالًا مقدمًا لشخص لا تعرفه. لسنا مسؤولين عن التعاملات بين المستخدمين.

Feesالرسوم

Posting is currently free. We may introduce paid features, such as featured listings, and will announce them before they apply.

النشر مجاني حاليًا. وقد نطرح خدمات مدفوعة مثل الإعلانات المميزة، وسنعلن عنها قبل تطبيقها.

Liability and lawالمسؤولية والقانون

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the service or from dealings between users. These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. We may update them from time to time. Last updated: October 2026.

بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الخسائر الناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة أو عن التعاملات بين المستخدمين. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين سلطنة عُمان، وقد نحدّثها من وقت لآخر. آخر تحديث: أكتوبر 2026.
